Our 1-star Mac Bed hotel, located in Poitiers (86), provides the following information, services, and amenities to make your stay easier:
29 rooms accommodating 1 to 3 people MAXIMUM per room*, all equipped with an en-suite shower room including toilet, sink, toiletries (shower gel), and one towel per person.

- Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm
- Sunday and public holidays, from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Pets: Pets are welcome. Please inform us of your pet's presence at the latest when making your reservation. A mandatory security deposit of €100 per room will be required upon arrival and returned upon departure after your room has been inspected in your presence.

From October 1, 2022, and henceforth in order to encourage responsible pet ownership, we will require a security deposit of €100 per room upon your arrival at our establishment. This deposit will be returned to you on the day of your departure after your room has been inspected in your presence. (Important: Refusal to pay a security deposit will result in your pet(s) being barred from entering our establishment, even partially, and cannot be used as a pretext to cancel your own room reservation.)
It is strictly forbidden to leave your pet(s) unattended in your room. Failure to comply will result in the immediate expulsion of all occupants of the room, without compensation, refund, or any other form of redress.
Upon your departure, if your room is left in a condition close to that of your arrival, we will return your security deposit. If, on the other hand, the room is even partially damaged/soiled/covered in pet hair/if our blankets and/or duvets and/or other bedding have been used as bedding and/or a doormat and/or other items... then we will retain your entire deposit/guarantee without you being able to make any claim, objection, or dispute.
We have decided to only charge those who damage/pollute/make a mess... that's our choice! "Reputable owners" shouldn't have to put up with "irresponsible owners"!
DEPARTURE > After each guest's stay/departure, our rooms are treated/disinfected with ozone generators (which destroy 99.9% of all fungi, mold, yeast, bacteria, and viruses, including COVID-19).
Attention Smokers! We take great care in cleaning your rooms and the common areas of our establishment, and to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible... please smoke outside our establishment.
As a reminder, and as stipulated by law for all establishments open to the public, smoking and/or vaping are strictly prohibited throughout the entire hotel and its premises. - less than 2 days prior to arrival (D-2), and if the hotel is unable to accommodate your request (for which it cannot be held responsible). The company cannot be held responsible, and therefore, any modification will necessarily result in a cancellation, which will fall under the "CANCELLATION" clause as defined below:
IMPORTANT!! IF ANY MODIFICATION MADE WITHIN 2 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL DATE, AND THE POSTPONEMENT IS ACCEPTED, AND A CANCELLATION OCCURS SUBSEQUENTLY... THIS WILL AUTOMATICALLY FOLLOW THE CLAUSE SET FORTH IN THE "CANCELLATION" CHAPTER ("Less than 1 day prior" or "Less than 3 days prior"), BELOW.
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION: When booking through our website, you can cancel without financial penalty up to 3 days prior to arrival by sending ONLY an email to our address: contact@macbed.fr.
- 1 day prior to arrival, you will be charged the full amount of your first night's stay.
- 3 days prior to arrival, 50% of your first night's stay will be charged.
